It’s pretty clear that what Van Pelt says is “Fuck I gotta…..” So you have to wonder what was coming next. My guess is that he was saying Fuck I’ve gotta piss, but its very possible he was going to say pay my phone bill, call my grand ma ma, get that dead hooker out of my trunk, I mean the possibilities are endless……
