That just happened!!!!! Soon to be named NCAA player of the year and NBA lottery pick Evan Turner. If only he could be a Knick.
Oh no you didn’t
So yesterdy we showed you JR Smith’s 360 alley oop, and I claimed that it was without a doubt the dunk of the year. Today I have for you what has to be the the college basketball dunk of the year. This happened last night in the Big West tournament, when Cal State Fullerton’s Gerard Anderson pulled a Vince Carter and dipped his nuts on some poor guys forehead.
Below is a highlight reel of some of the best dunks he’s done. This guy has serious hops!
Ode to the Best Coach in College Football History

The Great Bobby Bowden!
As you may or may not have heard, Bobby Bowden, head coach of one of the great football colleges, Florida State University, retired yesterday. Coach Bowden was the head coach for Florida State for 34 years and retired as the second winning-est coach in the history of College Football behind only Joe Paterno of Penn St. As a die hard Florida State fan I am sad to see him go. For those of you who may not remember, Florida State was one of the most successful college programs for much of the 90’s and early 2000’s. In his 34 years at Florida St he had only one losing season, his first in 1976. He also has a winning record against the Seminoles main rival the Florida Gators over his tenure with Florida State. He single handedly was responsible for building the Florida State football program. He is the only coach in Division I-A football history to have enjoyed 14 straight seasons of 10 or more wins. His Florida State Seminoles finished an unprecedented 14 straight seasons in the top 5 of the Associated Press College Football Poll, and won the College Football National Championship in 1993 and 1999. Over the last 5 years the Seminoles have struggled to stay in the top echelon of college football programs, between disappointing seasons on the field and incidents of recruiting violations and a cover up due to players not maintaining the grades needed by the NCAA to play for the team. I am sad to see Coach Bowden go as he is the only coach I know at Florida State, but with the rival Florida Gators winning multiple national championships and other upstart programs like Boise State having success the Noles need this change in order to become a top flight program again. Hopefully the new coach Jimbo Fisher can take over and bring the Seminoles back where they belong. Thank you Coach Bobby Bowden for making Florida State one of the best programs in the country. You will be missed.
College Cheerleader of the Week: Andrea UC Irvine

Andrea Marcantonio (left) From UC Irvine is this weeks Cheerleader of the week. There were a few other good contenders this week but Andrea took the top billing. My favorite thing about Andrea, and what undoubtedly gave her the victory, is that she has that, “I will let you put it anywhere” look in her eyes. When you go to UC Irvine and no one even knows you have a football team its nice to at least have hot Cheerleaders. Good for Andrea.
You Can Lose Your Eligibility For Going To Deion’s House?

I thought that Deion’s whole thing was mentoring players coming into the league, heck he even had a television show about it. Well, it appears that going to Deion Sanders house now, and more specifically lying about it, can cost you your eligibility. Namely Oklahoma State wide receiver Dez Bryant’s eligibility….
Bryant was ruled ineligible for violating N.C.A.A. bylaw 10.1 (d), which prohibits “knowingly furnishing the N.C.A.A. or the individual’s institution false or misleading information concerning the individual’s involvement in or knowledge of matters relevant to a possible violation of an N.C.A.A. regulation.”
Sanders said the suspension stemmed from a day he and Bryant spent together last summer. They met at an athletics center in Frisco, Tex., and later had dinner at Sanders’s home in Prosper, Tex. Sanders said the N.C.A.A. asked Bryant if he had ever been in Sanders’s home and Bryant said no.
Bryant could not be reached for comment through the university, but he said in its statement: “I made a mistake by not being entirely truthful when meeting with the N.C.A.A. I sincerely regret my mistake and apologize to my teammates, coaches, O.S.U. fans and the N.C.A.A.”
This is total bullshit. I mean seriously is the NCAA retarded? Dez Bryant is by far the best WR in college football, so not having him on the field, especially during the bowl season is definitely not going to help. While I know Dez is probably upset, this could be a blessing in disguise for him. He’s been battling some aches and bruises this season, and a mistake like this won’t really cost him any spots in the Draft. Now he has time to heal, work out on his own, and get ready for the combine.
Georgia’s #1 fan
This is what happens when you start drinking at 7AM on game day.
And we get it dude it’s just a white base coat.
College Cheerleader of the week: Lena from USC

This is Lena from USC. Lena is so fucking hot that I don’t even know what to say. Apparently Lena is facing suspension over this very photo which is bullshit because you know its some old ugly broad who’s just jealous cause no one wants to see her tits.
Binghamton Point Gaurd Tiki Mayben arrested for selling crack

ESPN – Binghamton University basketball player Emanuel “Tiki” Mayben pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Thursday to possessing and selling crack/cocaine.
Mayben, who led Binghamton last year to its first appearance in the NCAA basketball tournament, was arrested Wednesday night in his hometown of Troy. Investigators were taking him into custody on a sealed indictment charging him with selling crack/cocaine twice on June 29 when they found 3.4 grams of crack/cocaine on him, police said.
Mayben was arrested as a result of a three-month undercover probe of crack/cocaine sales in Troy, police said.
If there was ever any question on whether or not Tiki Mayben could dish the rock I think we have our answer. Now before we jump all over Tiki here lets look at the facts: Tiki sells rocks. OK, now lets jump all over him.
Seriously though this kind of sucks because if anyone remembers Binghamton’s run in the NCAA tournament last year they know that even though he plays for Binghamton, Tiki’s got game. I don’t see why this is such a big deal though, I mean the kids trying to make a couple bucks on the side. Seeing as NCAA scholarship athletes are not allowed to have jobs Tiki had two choices. Fuck fat bitches for money, or sell rocks. I think he showed some real initiative here going with option #2.
